Shoe care and maintenance:

The lifespan of your shoes depends on regular maintenance and care. Do not wear your shoes in a humid environment. After each wear, let your shoes dry and air out thoroughly. Rinse off any dirt with a mild cleaning solution and wipe dry. Use products to treat and impregnate the upper material. Avoid soaking your shoes and do not wash them, as the material is not protected from excessive moisture and may discolour or cause permanent damage to the shoes.

Principles of proper wearing:

Always untie the laces when putting on and taking off your shoes and use a shoehorn when putting them on to prevent damage to the inner heel insole. Do not wear shoes barefoot.

Wearing conditions:

The footwear is not intended for everyday wear or sports activities. The footwear is not suitable for wearing in humid environments.

Shoe selection:

When choosing shoes, make sure that the size and width of the shoes exactly match your needs. Before buying, we recommend measuring your foot size and choosing shoes that are a maximum of 1 cm larger than the length of your foot. An incorrectly selected size, width or shape is not a reason for a later complaint. When choosing, consider the purpose of using the shoes. The offered shoes are a collector's item, the shoes are not intended for everyday use or use in adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, etc.).

Claim conditions:

To make a complaint, you must prove the purchase of the shoes, ideally by submitting the invoice you received by email or the invoice from the store (Store Poprad). The shoes must be complete, clean and hygienically safe. The seller will assess the condition of the shoes and identify any defects. The complaint period is a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the complaint.

The complaint applies to:

Manufacturing defects or other deviations from the purchase contract that affect the purpose and recommended use of the footwear. A defect is understood to be a deficiency that limits or prevents the use of the goods and is not caused by normal wear and tear or negligence.

The complaint does not apply to:

Changes in appearance or functionality caused by normal wear and tear, intentional damage or unintentional neglect of maintenance. Incorrect size selection or defects that are not reported immediately after discovery. Damage caused by contact with aggressive substances.
